By accessing or using this website, submitting a form, requesting a quote, or calling a phone number displayed on the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

3) No guarantees about third-party work

All work is performed by independent Service Providers. We do not guarantee:

  • response times, availability, scheduling, or arrival windows
  • the accuracy of diagnostics or quotes
  • workmanship quality, parts quality, or warranty outcomes
  • that work will be performed correctly, fully, or at all

You are responsible for confirming licensing, insurance, warranties, pricing, and scope directly with the Service Provider.

Content on this website is provided for general information (common symptoms, maintenance tips, etc.). It is not professional advice and is not a substitute for a hands-on inspection and diagnosis.

5) Quotes, pricing, and payments

Any price ranges shown are estimates and may change based on diagnosis, parts availability, and labor. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, payments are made directly to the Service Provider. We are not responsible for:

  • billing disputes, refunds, chargebacks
  • warranty claims
  • dissatisfaction with services, parts, or outcomes

6) Scheduling, cancellations, and communications

We may forward your request to one or more Service Providers. Scheduling and cancellations are handled by the Service Provider. You agree that we (and/or Service Providers) may contact you by phone, text, or email using the information you submit.

7) Call tracking and routing disclosure

We use call tracking and routing tools (including providers such as Nimbata) to measure marketing performance and to route calls. Calls may be routed to a Service Provider or a dispatch/contact point. Call metadata (such as time, duration, and source) may be collected for analytics and quality control.

Optional (only keep if true): If call recording is enabled, you consent to recording where permitted by law. If you do not consent, do not call and instead submit a web form.

8) Your responsibilities
